About Us

Practice Areas

Unlike most firms that have numerous practice areas, MI WILL & TRUST has only one practice area.

Estate Planning

We prepare wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, funeral directives, and trust funding instructions

What we Offer

Comprehensive Will or Trust based estate plans. These plans consist of a will or a pour-over will and a trust. Both plans include financial and health care powers of attorney, medical directives, funeral directives, and directions of funding trusts. Will based estate plans for individuals begin at $799 and $1299 for couples. Trust based estate plans begin at $999 for individuals and $1499
for couples.

Veterans Special

Veterans and their surviving spouses receive 10% off estate planning services. As a veteran- owned business, MI Will & Trust has the utmost respect for the men and women who have served in the armed forces.

What Sets Us Apart

Lots of law firms offer a wide variety of services to clients. MI WILL AND TRUST offers a limited number of services, but this provides efficiencies that general practitioners don’t have. We pass our efficiencies onto you in the form of low prices and expertly drafted estate plans. Let us put our expertise to work for you!

Our Approach

We are dedicated to understanding your unique situation and goals. Unlike a lot of law firms, MI WILL & TRUST offers remote estate planning services to clients.

MI WILL & TRUST gathers some initial information via a questionnaire, and then meets with you via phone or video calls to craft your custom estate plan. Clients meet a final time to review the completed plan and to ask questions. Finally, clients execute the documents and send signed copies back to MI WILL & TRUST so the firm can review the execution of the documents.

Our Story

MI WILL & TRUST was founded to make estate planning more accessible. Becoming incapacitated or dying without an estate plan can create a very expensive and stressful time for your loved ones.

We accomplish the planning without you ever having to leave the comfort of your home. We provide flat-fee, reasonably-priced services so you know exactly what your estate plan will cost.
